When you book a session with us through Calendly, we collect your name, email address, and scheduling preferences. This information is used solely to confirm and manage your appointments.

d) Payment information
When you purchase a package or service, we collect the billing information necessary to process your payment. Please note that we do not store your full payment details — these are handled securely by our payment processor. We retain records of transactions for legal and accounting purposes.

e) Client session information
During our mentoring and counseling relationship, we may take notes and retain information you share with us in sessions. f) Video session data
We conduct sessions via Zoom. Zoom may collect and process data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not record sessions without your explicit prior consent.

g) WhatsApp communications
Where clients and team members use WhatsApp for between-session support, messages are processed via WhatsApp's platform, which operates under Meta's privacy framework. We recommend that sensitive personal information is not shared via WhatsApp. Content shared via WhatsApp is treated with the same confidentiality as session content.

h) Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. This collects anonymised data about your visit, including pages viewed, time spent on the site, and general location. This data does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via our cookie consent banner.

i) LinkedIn
If you interact with us via LinkedIn — for example by responding to a post or sending a message — that interaction is governed by LinkedIn's own privacy policy. We may retain information shared with us via LinkedIn where relevant to a business enquiry.

  • With service providers (such as Zoom, Google, Calendly, and WhatsApp) who process data on our behalf in order to deliver our services

  • With other members of the Tidewise Life team where necessary to deliver your mentoring or counseling service — always subject to confidentiality
